It works! Or, rather, they work!

Spent a lot of time this weekend fooling around with Perl programming. I can't write Perl code from scratch (except very simple stuff, like print "Hello world!";) without constantly referring to reference material. Early in the season, I was talking with my cousin Scott about the Dallas Cowboys, and we agreed that they had a good shot at a winning season, but it was unlikely they could make the playoffs. TV Movie

I recorded a TV movie last night on my digital video recorder. It was about a 14-year-old girl who gets kidnapped. Unfortunately, the file that was recorded was corrupt, and playback stuck about a half-hour into it. So, anybody know what eventually happened? Did they find the girl?

Finally a little progress on Chapter 13

Since my writing class is over, I've started going to my writers' group again. That forced me to write for a bit after work, and I started making some progress on Chapter 13. I think my biggest problem now as a writer is my general laziness.
