…and the Thrill of Victory
After I arrived home from watching the BYU game at grandfather’s, I got my mail. I saw that my SASE had returned from Analog, and I prepared myself for rejection, because I’d heard that when Analog accepts something, they send out a contract that won’t fit in a normal envelope.
To my great delight, though, the editor said that he wanted a few more tiny changes, but that he was ordering up a contract, counting on me to make the changes quickly.

Congrats Eric that’s wonderful! You’re on a roll!

Great job!
Wooo! Mega congrats, Eric! Confetti and champagne galore!!
Yay!!!!
Congratulations! That’s Resonance, right?
Well done! I remember reading Analog decades ago. And most of the Sci-Fi greats have been published there. Another one will now join them!
Congrats. It’s great that all the hard work is starting to pay off.
That’s great news. Congratulations!
Glad the contract finally arrived. Let me know when it is published because I’d like to order 1000 copies for all my friends.
