I’m such a loser

After reaching my previous weight loss goal of 199 on March 16, I set a new goal of 189 by May 1. This morning I weighed in at 187, which puts my Body Mass Index in the “normal” range instead of the “overweight” range, with a seven pound cushion.

That’s a total of 42 pounds lost since the beginning of the year.

My final goal is to be at 184 by June 1, after which I want to maintain that weight, plus or minus five pounds.

Congratulations on achieving the status of “normal”! (Since, you are so above average in every other area of your life.)
