Progress on the novel

After a long period of little or slow progress, I have finished chapter 17. I have now surpassed 50,000 words, and I estimate I’m about 40% done.

    Hey Eric,

    I really enjoyed your comments the other day over at Times and Seasons.

    Sounds like you’ve made a lot of progress on quite a writing project. I’ve been wanting to write a story lately and have gotten started. I don’t know how big it will grow but it’s fun just to explore my creative side.

    I’d love to have you come visit me over at Wump Blog and leave a comment occasionally (if you have the time). I find your perpsectives and thoughts pretty interesting and useful. Hope you don’t mind me adding that invite to this particular comment.

    I do visit your blog regularly, but I haven’t commented so far. That doesn’t mean I don’t like what I see; to the contrary — I’m far more likely to post a comment to counter something that I think is wrong that I am to post a comment agreeing with something.
