In practice, if it were to be implemented this season, it would mean that SC would have gone from McCain to Huckabee once Fred Thompson conceded (everything else being equal). What I think is kind of ironic is that this system of winner take all is benefiting McCain, the "black sheep" of the Republican party, the most. That’s a very interesting idea.
