My Robot

I bought a robot this week.

It’s not a very smart robot, compared to movie robots.

Its version of the Three Laws of Robotics seems to be the following:

1. Vacuum the floor.
2. If something gets in your way, turn.

You can see my robot in action in my hallway.

    Looks great! Does it make a lot of noise, or does it work sort of like a carpet sweeper, with a rolling brush and no real suction?

    No, it doesn’t make a lot of noise. The suction on it seems to be powerful enough to get the job done.
