120K & 38

Today I passed a couple of milestones:

I’ve now written 120,000 words in my novel.

I’ve now lived 38 years.

   You are laboring under an illusion. You think that you will complete your book, but each time you write 10,000 more words, the total length of the book increases by 5,000 words.

   That is why a bullet can never catch a running man.
